The University of Toledo Alumni Association invites all Rocket alumni to learn about the ins and outs of creating a will and estate planning.

This free event will be led by Sarah Corney '10, a partner at RCO Law, and Mark Boss '86, '97, a member of Eastman and Smith. Attendees will also enjoy a selection of light appetizers, beer and wine.

About Sarah Corney '10

Corney focuses on estate planning, business planning and real estate. She assists individuals and business owners by implementing a plan for their finances, healthcare and legacies in the event of their disability or death. Much of her practice involves drafting wills, trusts, deeds and business agreements as well as assisting clients through guardianship, probate and trust administration matters in Ohio and Florida.

Sarah's clients seek her counsel throughout all phases of life - from the humble beginnings of their careers and families, through retirement and beyond.

About Mark Boss '86, '97

Boss has represented clients in connection with complex estate planning, business succession planning and entity formation, as well as stock and asset acquisitions. He has presented numerous seminars on estate planning and business succession planning.

Boss obtained his juris doctor degree from Toledo Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the UToledo Law Review. He is also licensed to practice law in Michigan.
