The University of Toledo Alumni Association invites you to join us on Friday, Oct. 4 at our annual Homecoming Awards Gala in the Auditorium of the Lancelot Thompson Student Union. This is an opportunity for us to thank and honor our alumni who make an impact every day around the world.

We will present the Gold T, Daniel J. Saevig Blue T and Edward H. Schmidt Outstanding Young Alum awards and recognize distinguished alumni from each of UToledo's colleges as well as UToledo Health. Click here for a list of our awardees.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a networking hour. The cash bar will be available. Check-in for the Gala begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. From 7:15 - 9 p.m., we will highlight the awardees.

The dress is business/cocktail.

Each table seats eight. If you would like to reserve a table, please purchase the appropriate number of individual seats below.

Adult Menu | $35

Dinner rolls & butter along with water and iced tea will be served at each guest table, along with coffee service following the main course. A cash bar will be available.

Starter:

• Spring mix salad with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and croutons with a choice of ranch or French dressing.

Main Course (choice of):

• Chicken Chasseur: wild mushroom, white wine, and tomato based braised chicken breast seared with roasted broccoli and carrots. Served with Boursin whipped potatoes.
• Veggie Wellington: Butternut squash, spinach and wild mushrooms wrapped in a puff pastry crust topped with a vegetarian demi-glace. Served with buttery green beans. (vegetarian)

Dessert:

• Alternating at each place setting will be pre-set chocolate mousse cake and vanilla cheesecake with a cinnamon apple crumble.

Kids Meal | $15

• Macaroni and cheese and a fruit cup

Parking is only available in Areas 1N and 1S. Golf cart shuttles will be available to transport guests to and from these lots. All other areas are subject to being ticketed unless you have an active University parking pass.  Click here for a map of Main Campus to view the parking areas.
